Development academy

Our Development Academy is designed to help young players build confidence, improve their skills, and develop a strong foundation for long-term success in soccer. Through professional coaching, structured training sessions, and age-appropriate competition, players are encouraged to grow both on and off the field. Whether learning the fundamentals or refining advanced techniques, our academy provides a positive and challenging environment where players can reach their full potential.
Fall & Spring Programs
U6 and U7/U8
- One training session per week
- One weekend game each week
- Focus on skill development, game understanding, teamwork, and enjoyment of the game
Winter Session
Our indoor winter program is designed to maximize touches on the ball and player development in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- 30 minutes of focused skills training
- 30 minutes of game play
- Conducted on the same day each week
- Emphasis on technical development, decision-making, and confidence on the ball
The Shore FC Development Academy serves as the foundation of our player pathway, preparing young athletes for future opportunities within our club and beyond.
